Immigration Bureau

For those who applied for VISA by themselves and was rejected, our agent will go along with the applicant for the interviews at the immigration bureau.
We will translate what the officers said to the applicant to know what is needed to apply again.
Feel free to allow us to follow the rest of the process with you.

Immigration Lawyer of our office is a registered lawyer under the immigration bureau to be an agent for VISA application. We will hear the situation of the applicant at the spot first, and will report in the following days in paper.

immigration bureau accompany fee： ￥21,600 per 2 hrs. Additional time ￥5,400 per 1 hr

※If you wish for us to follow the rest of the process, accompany fee will be treated as an advance payment of the re-application fee.

City and Ward Offices

When you move to a new municipality, you must inform the public offices. It is difficult in Japan to go through applications and other administrative processes without registering the address to the municipality. As a professional of administrative procedures, we will explain in detail about what is needed for the application and support the process.

入国管理局

本人申请居留许可而没有得到许可的，我们会伴同您一起去入国管理局面谈。
我们会以容易理解的方式向您转达入国审查官的讲话及再申请所需要的手续。
随后的再申请手续是否继续委托行政书士将由申请方自由决定。

本事务所的行政书士是在入国管理局注册登记的行政书士。 伴行去入国管理局时，行政书士会确认申请人当时的申请情况，现场转达给申请人，事后还会总结出书面材料送给申请人。

伴行去入国管理局的费用： １回につき￥21,600

※如果委托本事务所办理再申请，伴行费用会算在再申请费用里（即免除伴行费用）。
