在留カード
入国の際、入国審査官が３ヶ月以上の「中長期在留者」に在留カードを発行します。
在留カードは常に携帯する必要があり、警察官、入国審査官、入国警備官、海上保安官等から提示を求められた場合は在留カードを提示しなければなりません。
（１６歳未満の方には常時携帯義務は免除されています）
在留カードには
- 氏名（ローマ字、漢字名は申し出により漢字名を併記）
- 生年月日
- 性別
- 国籍の属する国、または地域
- 在留資格
- 在留期間
- 在留期間の満了の日
- 許可の種類
- 許可の年月日
- 在留カードの有効期間
- 就労制限の有無
- 資格外活動の許可を受けているときはその旨
が記載され、顔写真が表示されます。
新規上陸の許可を受けた中長期在留者は、住居地を定めた日から１４日以内に、住居地の市区町村の長に対し、在留カードを提出して住居地を届けなければなりません。
市区町村長は、在留カードに住居地を記載して、これを中長期在留者に返還します。
住居地の市区町村では住民票が作成され、日本国民と同様、市区町村で住民票の写しの交付を受けることができるようになります。
正当な理由なく、新規上陸後９０日以内に住居地を届け出なかった場合、在留資格が取り消されることがありますので注意が必要です。
When entering, the officer will issue a residence card for those who are staying for over 3 months; mid-long term residents.
Residence card must be carried on with you at all times unless you are under the age of 16.
When asked by a police officers, immigration officers, immigration control officers, coast guard officers and other officials, you must be able to present your residence card.
The residence card will have printed the following information with your picture:
- Name（Roman Alphabet and/or Chinese characters）
- Date of Birth
- Sex
- Country/Region of Citizenship
- Status of Residence
- Term of Stay
- Date of Expiration
- Type of Status
- Date of Permission
- Term of Validity of Residence Card
- Work Limitations
- Indication of any permission to engage in activities other than that are permitted under the status of residence.
Any of those who have been issued a residence card must within 14 days after the determination of residence, notify the municipality, and turn in the Residence Card.
The Residence Card will be returened with your address printed.
Just like the Japanese citizens, you can now be issued a copy of certificate of residence at your municipality.
If you fail to notify your new address within 90 days after entry without any special reason, your Status of Residence may be subject to revocation.
进入日本时，入国审查官会对于3个月期间以上的中长期居留者发给居留卡。
居留卡需要随身携带，如有警察，入国审查官，入国警备官，海上保安官要求提示时，必须提示。（未满１６岁的可免除随身携带的义务）
居留卡上有头像，并有以下记载：
- 姓名（罗马字，根据个人需求也可同时以汉字表示）
- 出生年月日
- 性別
- 所属国籍的国家或地区
- 居留资格
- 居留期间
- 居留期限日
- 许可类型
- 许可年月日
- 居留卡的有效期间
- 就劳限制的有无
- 如有资格外活动的许可也会有记载
拿到居留卡后，中长期居留者必须在确定住处后１４天以内，向所在的市区町村提示居留卡。
市区町村长在居留卡上记载住址后，把居留卡返回给中长期居留者。
所在的市区町村随后会制作住民票。和日本人一样，外国人也可以在市区町村拿到住民票的复印件。
请注意，进入日本后如果没有正当的理由在９０天内没有登记住处，有可能会被取消居留资格。
