外国人単独での経営管理ビザが下りました

以前は日本在住者の協力により、会社設立がされていなければ事実上投資経営ビザは許可されていませんでしたが、今年の４月の新制度により、外国人の方が単独でビジネスビザ（「経営管理」）を申請することが可能になりました。一定の条件のもと行政書士が代理で申請することも可能となり、事実上日本に申請のために入国することなく経営管理ビザを申請していただけることになります。

今回新制度により、当職取次にて、弊所第１号となる経営管理ビザが下りました。

More chance for Application for Business and Management VISA in Japan.
Starting from April 1st, 2015, status of residence for business and investment will change to business and management.
Below is from a brochure the Japanese Immigration Bureau distributed:
“To allow domestic businesses to freely welcome foreign business men, we have made changes on the name of the VISA from business and investment to business and management. Also, we have deleted the necessity of foreign capital relations. By this, business and management for any domestic capital companies can be done with the corresponding VISA. ”
Acquiring the status of residence is eased as well.
In detail, with the business and management VISA, staying for up to 4 months is possible.
Due to this, stay with this VISA will be considered a mid-long term stay, which means the residence card will be issued allowing people to register their residence at the municipality. Therefore, the certificate of official registration of a seal can be created, making it possible for a foreigner to start a business all alone.
Conditions for investments are eased as well with this change.
